RETURN COST

Each piece we offer is vintage, curated, and one-of-a-kind. Subtle signs of age are expected and always described as accurately as possible.

Because of the limited nature of our collections, we cannot accept returns for general changes of mind or sizing.

We only accept returns if an item arrives faulty or not as described.
To request this, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@solynxlab.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Approved returns must be sent back within 14 days, in original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed faulty.

EXCHANGES

Due to the exclusive nature of our drops, we do not offer exchanges.

LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS

Once an order is marked as delivered, the responsibility is transferred to the customer. Please contact the courier if a parcel is missing.
